Brian comes to Gibson Sotheby's from a residential development firm where his dual role as Acquisitions Analyst & Financial Consultant gave him invaluable knowledge of residential real estate from an investment perspective.  Brian has completed the Construction Supervisors course in order to help add value for developers as well as buyers throughout the new construction process. By combining a career of entrepreneurship, wealth management and property development analysis, Brian is able to offer his clients a wide variety of skills that clearly differentiate him from other brokers.

Over the years, Brian has lived in Boston's Back Bay, Cambridge, Watertown, Milton and finally Westwood where he currently resides.  Brian prides himself on being a forward-thinking real estate professional who is fully equipped to take advantage of all that the superior marketing and technological techniques that the Sotheby's brand offers. Stephanie serves as our construction consultant for clients looking to flip, renovate or build from scratch. Stephanie has over twenty-five years of senior management experience producing large scale events, where she is known for her attention to detail, strategic negotiating skills and exceptional service on both the B2B and B2C sides of the business. Most recently she served as a Founding Partner at Liberty Fairs, producing large scale trade shows in New York City, Las Vegas and Florence, Italy.

With a reputation built on authenticity and a willingness to roll up her sleeves to get the job done, Stephanie brings a creative and collaborative mindset to each transaction ensuring all goals and deadlines are met. 

Always interested in expanding her skill set and education, Stephanie is currently enrolled in the Construction Management Program at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

As a Medfield native, and a Northeastern graduate, she is excited to offer this new knowledge, along with her extensive business acumen to her clients in and around the greater Boston area.

Caitlin comes to Gibson Sotheby’s with a financial services background, having worked for over 10 years in various sales, operations and customer service roles. Prior to joining Gibson Sotheby's she was the Director of Sales and Operations at John Hancock, where she gained expertise managing the sales process, as well as extensive knowledge on the day-to-day operations of business transactions. 

Caitlin graduated from Boston College in 1995, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing at the Carroll School of Management. She has lived and owned property in Boston, Canton, Westwood and Cape Cod. Focusing on cities/towns where she has lived and owned gives her a great knowledge of those areas on a business and personal level.

Caitlin’s focus for all her clients is availability and service. She works hard to build personal relationships with all her clients. After some time working with the Tempel Realty Team, Kristi has transitioned her family home and career to the Westerly RI area where she now serves as our preferred Rhode Island referral agent.

Specializing in relocation, staging, and helping clients envision the possibilities of a property, Kristi Alvino is a licensed Realtor® whose own search for a new home sparked a passion for the real estate industry. She firmly believes that people are at the heart of every real estate transaction and that successful relationships do not materialize without hard work, positive thinking, commitment, persistence, and above all else, integrity. Kristi graduated from Springfield College and received her Masters in Education from Endicott College. Kristi is in awe of Boston's history, impressive array of different shopping districts, authentic food of the North End, convenient access to the best beaches and skiing on the East Coast, and spirit of its people. She happily resides in Medway with her husband and two children. She is a member of the Boston Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, Kristi is involved in a number of philanthropic ventures, including Boston Children’s Brain Tumor Center, the Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) Stepping Strong Boston Team, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, The Jimmy Fund, and JDRF Type 1 Diabetes Research Funding and Advocacy.
